The main floor is 1500 sq2 of open space with 8 ft tall windows, a heated harlequin marble floor, 12 ft tall ceilings, handcarved marble fireplace mantle, large plaster moldings, a 18′ long Island which a 15′ part is moveable for diners or conferences in front of the fireplace. The main floor has a 100 sq2 Art Deco Psychedelic Bathroom with a 12 ft ceiling.
The second floor includes a marble bathroom with a 80 sq2 Marble shower and a clawfoot cast iron bathtub. There is also 4 rooms filled with Antique & Vintage Lighting.
Third floor includes a 800 sq2 of open space that could be set to your needs.
We offer a wide variety of Props which are include in your rental.

The rental rates are $250.00/hour + taxes for 2 hours minimum.
